"I liked this book, but I think that out of the 3 books, this one is the most disturbing. I did not like the mutts, especially the ones at the end. And the whole invasion of the Capitol just seems so hopeless. Also, I thought the ending of this book was rotten. Maybe I'm just a sucker for happy endings but the end of the book made me kind of angry and there was definitely no happy ending here..."
